Returns & Exchanges

At Being Human Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original product in its packaging with all tags intact and include the invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 business days; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
